Tips From The Kitchen
- Brush the bites with melted butter before baking for extra richness.
- Keep an eye on them as baking times can vary depending on your oven.
Step 1
Gently heat your oven to 350Β°F and grease a mini muffin tin so the rolls donβt stick. Unroll the crescent dough onto your countertop and separate it into two pieces along the perforations. Brush each piece with melted butter, then sprinkle generously with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll each piece up into a log, then slice each log into 8 bite-sized pieces. Pop the little rolls into the muffin cups. Bake them for about 8 minutes, or until theyβre golden and puffy.
Step 2
While the rolls are baking, whisk together the milk and maple syrup in a bowl. Gradually add the powdered sugar, stirring until you get a smooth, drizzly icing. Once the rolls are out of the oven and still warm, drizzle the icing over the top and enjoy!
