Next, add the almond flour, Cheddar cheese, onion powder, and baking powder right into the melted butter. Give everything a good stir until itβs all mixed together. Crack in an egg and mix again until the batter is smooth. Pop the ramekin back into the microwave and cook on high for around 90 seconds, or until itβs set. Once itβs done, let it sit for a minute to cool slightly. To get it out, run a butter knife around the edges, then flip it onto a plate. Slice it in half horizontally, and youβve got two perfect little pieces of keto-friendly bread!
