Directions
Combine the refried beans with the taco seasoning, then spread that mixture evenly across the bottom of a large pie dish. In a separate bowl, combine the mashed avocados with lemon juice, chopped onion, and a pinch of garlic salt. Spread this creamy avocado mix over the beans. Next, layer on the sour cream, followed by the green chile peppers, and then sprinkle both Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses on top. Add a layer of chopped tomatoes, and finish it off by garnishing with some olives. Pop it in the fridge to chill until youβre ready to serve.
