- Toss the cauliflower with a little oil before air frying to help it crisp up nicely.

Step 1
Tos the cauliflower florets with 2 teaspoons of oil and the garlic in a medium bowl until everything is nicely coated. Spread the cauliflower out in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Cook at 360°F (180°C) for about 10 minutes, giving the basket a good shake halfway through to help things cook evenly.
Step 2
Once the cauliflower is done, transfer it back to the bowl and drizzle with the remaining teaspoon of oil. Add the Parmesan, almonds, bread crumbs, and thyme, then toss everything together so the flavors get well mixed. Pop the cauliflower mix back into the air fryer and cook for another 5 minutes or so, until it’s crispy and golden brown. Enjoy!
