Giv your air fryer basket a light spray of oil, then set it to preheat at 390Β°F (200Β°C). In a big bowl, mix together the ground chuck, egg, bread crumbs, mayo, onion powder, and a pinch of salt until everything is well combined. Shape the mixture into six small loaves. Once the air fryer is ready, place the mini meatloaves inside, making sure they have a little space between them so they cook evenly. Let them cook for about 30 minutes until they're fully cooked through. When theyβre done, spread a little ketchup on top of each one and pop them back in the air fryer for another 3 minutes to get that nice glaze. Then theyβre ready to enjoy!
