Directions
Gently heat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). In a medium bowl, mix the apples with the pumpkin butter until theyโre well combined. Spread this mixture evenly in an 8 or 9-inch square baking dish. Next, take the pumpkin bread mix and put it in a separate bowl. Cut in the butter using a fork or your fingers until the mixture looks like coarse crumbs. Sprinkle this crumbly topping over the apples. Pop the dish into the oven and bake for about 45 minutes, or until the apples are soft and you can easily poke a fork through them. Serve it warm, and if you like, add a dollop of whipped cream on top for an extra treat.
