Directions
Gently heat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Take a brown paper bag and put the asparagus inside. Sprinkle some salt and pepper over the spears, then squeeze a bit of fresh lemon juice on them. Toss in a couple of lemon slices and a bay leaf for extra flavor. Drizzle olive oil over the asparagus and rub a little on the outside of the bag too. Seal the bag tightly and set it on a baking sheet. Pop it in the oven and let it roast for about 15 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender. When itβs done, carefully open the bag, discard the bay leaf, and transfer the asparagus to a serving dish. Enjoy!
