Heat your grill to medium-high, or if youโre using the oven, preheat it to 450 degrees F. Place two chicken breasts in the center of a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Spoon some barbecue sauce over each chicken breast, then pile on a handful of your favorite veggies. Fold up the sides of the foil, then double-fold the top and ends to seal everything in, making sure thereโs a little space inside for the heat to circulate. Repeat this to make a second packet.
Step 2
If youโre grilling, pop the packets on the grill with the lid closed and cook for about 12 to 15 minutes. For the oven, place the packets on a baking sheet and bake for 18 to 22 minutes. The chicken is done when it reaches 170 degrees F on a meat thermometer.
