Step 1
Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, diced dill pickles, shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, pickle juice, chopped green onions, paprika, and dried dill in a large bowl. Give it a good stir until everything is well combined. Shape the mixture into a ball, then cover it and pop it in the fridge for at least an hour to let the flavors meld.
Step 2
When you're ready to serve, toss some pretzels into a food processor and pulse until theyβre broken down into fine crumbs. Spread the pretzel crumbs out on a plate and mix in the crispy bacon bits. Roll the chilled cheese ball in this pretzel and bacon mixture, making sure itβs coated all over. Then, just set it out and enjoy!
