Lay each cabbage quarter on a large piece of aluminum foilβbig enough to wrap it up completely. Spoon the bacon mixture evenly over each piece, making sure itβs well coated, then wrap the foil tightly around the cabbage. Place the wrapped cabbage on a baking sheet and pop it in the oven.
