Why This Recipe Is A Must Try
Simple Cooking Tips
- Spray the slow cooker with non-stick spray to prevent sticking.
- Cook on low for the best texture and avoid overcooking the biscuits.
Step 1
Start by lightly greasing the inside of your slow cooker. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut the biscuits into quarters, then dip each piece into melted butter before rolling it in the cinnamon-sugar mix. Arrange these coated biscuit pieces around the edge of the slow cooker, creating a little wall of dough. Keep any leftover butter aside.
Step 2
Stir the flour into the reserved butter, then add a bit more brown sugar and cinnamon to that mixture. Spoon the blueberries into the center of the biscuit ring, and drizzle the butter and sugar mixture over the top.
Step 3
Cover and cook on low until the blueberries are bubbling and the biscuit pieces turn golden, which should take about 2 hours and 45 minutes. Enjoy!
