Warm your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet so the patties donβt stick. In a blender or food processor, combine the shelled edamame, black beans, vegetable broth, ricotta cheese, egg whites, and garlic. Blend everything until you get a smooth mixture, then transfer it to a large bowl. Next, mix in the wheat bran, oats, turmeric, chili powder, cloves, oregano, basil, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Once everything is well combined, shape the mixture into about seven patties and place them on your prepared baking sheet. Pop them in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, then flip the patties over and bake for another 20 minutes or until theyβre nicely browned and cooked through.
