In a larger bowl, cream the brown sugar and butter until smooth and well combined. Then, beat in the egg and vanilla extract. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until everything is just mixed. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan, and pop it into the oven. Bake for about 35 to 40 minutes, or until the edges are set and starting to pull away from the sides. Let the blondies cool on a wire rack for about 15 minutes before slicing and enjoying.
