Why This Dish Is So Satisfying
Kitchen Tips
- Adjust the amount of hot sauce to match your preferred spice level.
- Chill all ingredients before mixing for a crisp and refreshing drink.
Step 1
Pour some dill pickle juice onto a shallow plate. On another shallow plate, mix together the sriracha salt, celery seed, and black pepper. Take four glasses and dip the rims first into the pickle juice, then into the spice mix to coat them nicely. Pop the glasses into the fridge or freezer to chill while you prepare the drink.
Step 2
Pour the rest of the pickle juice and the spice mixture into a large pitcher. Add the vegetable juice, vodka, lime juice, horseradish powder, and hot sauce. Give everything a good stir and let it sit in the fridge for at least an hour to let the flavors meld.
Step 3
Thread one pickled egg, a pickled okra spear, and a dill pickle onto bamboo skewers—these will make fun garnishes. When you’re ready to serve, drop a couple of ice cubes into each glass, add a loaded skewer, and tuck in a celery stalk.
Step 4
Give the Bloody Mary mix a quick stir and pour it evenly into the prepared glasses. Serve right away and enjoy!
