In another bowl, mix together the banana, rice milk, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones and stir everything just until itβs combined. Spread the batter evenly in your prepared pan. Pop it in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
