Tips For Better Flavor
- Avoid pressing down on the burgers while cooking to keep them juicy.
- Let the burgers rest for a few minutes after cooking to lock in the juices.
Step 1
Divid the ground beef into four equal patties. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high for a couple of minutes until itβs nice and hot. Place the patties in the pan and let them brown for about 2 minutes on each side.
Step 2
Then, turn the heat down to medium. Sprinkle half of the salt and pepper over the burgers, flip them, and cook for about 6 minutes. Season the other side with the remaining salt and pepper, flip again, and cook for another 6 minutes.
Step 3
Pour half of the Worcestershire sauce over the patties, flip them, and cook for 2 more minutes. Repeat with the rest of the sauce, flipping and cooking for an additional 2 minutes. To make sure theyβre done, check that the internal temperature reaches 160Β°F (71Β°C).
