Why This Recipe Is So Delicious
Helpful Cooking Tips
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less hot sauce to suit your taste.
- Chill the ingredients beforehand to keep the flavors crisp and refreshing.
Step 1
Blend the tomatoes, celery, jalapeno, and garlic together with some water until everything is super smooth. Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to get rid of the skins and any bits you donβt want.
Step 2
Stir in the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Give it a good whisk, then taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and pop it in the fridge to chill for at least a couple of hours.
Step 3
When you're ready to serve, ladle about a cup of the cold Bloody Mary mixture into each bowl. Plop a generous spoonful of Burrata right in the center. Finish things off with a sprinkle of black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
