Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a food processor, combine the flour, brown sugar, and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon. Pulse everything together until it’s well mixed. Press half of this crumbly mixture into the bottom of an ungreased 9-inch springform pan and set the rest aside.

Step 3

Place the springform pan on a baking sheet with sides to catch any drips. Bake for about 60 to 70 minutes, or until the topping turns a nice golden brown. Once it’s done, take it out of the oven and run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the cake. Let it cool completely before removing the springform ring. Serve and enjoy!
