Gently heat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking dish. Arrange the matzah pieces in the dish, breaking them as needed to cover the bottom completely. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the margarine and brown sugar together, stirring until the mixture is smooth and bubblingβthis should take about 3 minutes. Pour this syrup evenly over the matzah in the baking dish. Pop it into the oven and bake for around 15 minutes, until the syrup is thick and bubbly. Take the dish out and sprinkle chocolate chips on top right away. Let it sit for about 5 minutes so the chocolate melts, then spread it evenly over the candy with a spatula. Once itβs fully cooled and set, break it into pieces and enjoy!
