Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up as it brownsโthis should take about 5 minutes. Once the sausage is nicely browned, add a bit of butter to the pan. Next, stir in the cauliflower, broth, parsley, thyme, and season with salt and pepper. Cover the skillet and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. After that, remove the lid and keep cooking until the liquid has mostly evaporated, which should take around 5 more minutes. Give it a taste and adjust the seasoning if you need to before serving.
