In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, and a pinch of salt until smooth.

Chop the baby spinach leaves finely and add them to the bowl along with the grated cheese. Stir everything together well.

Take two chicken breasts and carefully cut a pocket in the middle of each. Stuff the spinach and cheese mixture inside, then secure the opening with toothpicks.

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
