Put the chicken into a food processor and pulse it until it’s finely chopped. Then add salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, clarified butter, and ginger-garlic paste. Give it another good blend until everything is well mixed.

Take a small handful of the mixture and flatten it a bit. Place some mozzarella cheese in the center, then shape the mixture around the cheese to form a ball.

Set up a coating station with three bowls: one with all-purpose flour, one with a beaten egg, and one with breadcrumbs. Roll each chicken ball in the flour first, then dip it in the egg, and finally coat it evenly with breadcrumbs.
