In a bowl, mix together yogurt, oil, salt, turmeric, chili powder, cumin, coriander, paprika, chili sauce, and vinegar.

Add the chicken to the bowl and toss everything well to coat. Heat a pan over medium-low heat, then cook the marinated chicken until it’s done. Cover and let it cook for another 5 minutes to keep it tender.

Keep cooking the chicken gently until it’s nice and tender, then turn off the heat and set it aside.

To make the white sauce, heat some oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the flour and cook it for 3-4 minutes.
