Step 1
Tos the cherry tomatoes, celery, and red bell pepper into a blender. Give it a few quick pulses to get things moving, then blend on high until everything turns into a smooth liquid. Pour the mixture through a strainer into a bowl, pressing down with a spatula to squeeze out as much juice as you can while leaving the seeds and skins behind. Season this fresh veggie juice with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 2
Mix some flake salt, black pepper, and chili powder on a small plate. Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass, then dip it into the spice mix so it sticks nicely. Fill the glass with ice, then add a splash each of Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and soy sauce. Pour in the strained vegetable juice along with the juice from half a lime.
Step 3
Top the drink off with cold beer, filling the glass about three-quarters full, then give it a gentle stir. Add a little more beer if you like, and finish with a lime slice for garnish. Enjoy!
