Heat some oil in a pan, then add minced chicken, chopped garlic, and onions. Stir everything together and cook for about 3-4 minutes until the chicken starts to turn white.

Pour in the tomato puree, then season with salt, chili powder, chili flakes, oregano, paprika, and cumin. Give it a good mix, cover the pan, and let it simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

Add the chicken stock and lay the lasagna sheets right on top. Sprinkle some cheese and fresh coriander leaves over everything. Cover again and cook for another 7-8 minutes.
