Chop 750g of chicken into small pieces.

In a big bowl, combine the chicken with chopped onions, garlic, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, a splash of milk, frozen peas, salt, pepper, oregano, and fresh coriander leaves. Mix everything together really well.

Grease a cake tin or loaf pan so the meatloaf doesnβt stick.

Spoon the chicken mixture into the pan and spread it out evenly.

Pop it in the oven and bake at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until itβs cooked through.

Once itβs done, take it out and let it cool for a bit before slicing and serving.
