Why This Recipe Is A Must Try
Chef's Cooking Tips
- Cook the pork until nicely browned to develop deeper flavor.
- Warm the stuffed naan in a pan or oven to keep it crispy on the outside and soft inside.
Step 1
Heat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). While itβs warming up, mix the mayonnaise with the diced chipotle pepper in a small bowl until itβs well combined and creamy.
Step 2
Lay the pork cutlets on one baking sheet and the naan bread on another. Sprinkle a little water over the naan to keep it from drying out. Pop both trays in the oven. After about 5 minutes, take out the pork and top each cutlet with a slice of cheese. Put them back in for another 5 minutes or so, until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
Step 3
At the same time, warm the naan for around 5 minutes, just until it softens nicely. Once everythingβs out of the oven, spread a good amount of the chipotle mayo over each naan. Place a cheesy pork cutlet on top, then pile on shredded lettuce and green onions. Fold the sides of the naan over the filling, and youβre ready to enjoy!
