- Cook the eggs gently on low heat to keep them soft and creamy.
- Choose a cheese that melts well, like cheddar or mozzarella, to enhance the creaminess.
Step 1
Take a slice of bread and topping it with some mozzarella cheese. Place another slice of bread on top, then use a round cutter to cut out a circle from the center. Set that little bread circle aside.
Step 2
Take a third slice of bread and spread some cheddar cheese on it. Place this slice underneath the two stacked slices from step one.
Step 3
Fill the hole in the bread with chicken ham, being careful not to tear it. Sprinkle some shredded mozzarella cheese over the ham.

Crack an egg on top, then season with a little salt and pepper. If you like, add extra cheese around the edges for some extra cheesiness.

You can also put some cheese on the small bread circle you cut out earlier.
Step 6
Bake everything at 180°C (350°F) for about 10 minutes, until the outside is crispy and the inside stays nice and soft. Enjoy!
