Warm your oven to 325°F (165°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cream cheese, butter, eggs, baking powder, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything together until you get a soft dough. Using a spoon, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Pop the tray into the oven and bake for 10 to 14 minutes, until the bottoms are just starting to turn a light golden brown and the tops look like they’re about to change color. Once out of the oven, let the cookies cool for at least 10 minutes before sprinkling them with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
