Step 1
Boil a big pot of salted water. Once itβs boiling, add the farfalle pasta and cook it until itβs tender but still has a bit of biteβabout 12 minutes. Drain the pasta and set it aside.

In another large pot, combine the northern beans, tomatoes, carrots, green beans, vegetable broth, coconut milk, water, and sliced mushrooms. Bring everything to a boil.
Step 3
Stir in the cooked pasta along with the Creole seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let the soup come back to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes so all the flavors can blend together.
