Directions
Blend the brown sugar and cinnamon together in a large bowl. Then, add the softened cream cheese, yogurt, and vanilla, and whisk everything until you get a smooth, creamy mixture. Toss in the chopped apples, most of the walnuts (save a little for garnish), and the dried cranberries. Give it a good stir so all the fruit and nuts are nicely coated with the creamy dressing. Transfer the salad to a serving bowl, sprinkle the remaining walnuts on top, and pop it in the fridge until you're ready to serve.
