Directions
Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, cracker crumbs, eggs, chopped onion, most of the cocktail sauce (about 3/4 of the jar), and a pinch of salt and pepper until everything is well combined. Press the mixture into a 9x5-inch loaf pan, then lay bacon strips over the top. Pop it in the oven and let it bake for about 50 minutes. While it's cooking, combine the remaining cocktail sauce, brown sugar, and dry mustard in a small bowl to make a glaze. After the 50 minutes are up, take the meatloaf out and spread the glaze evenly over the top. Return it to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes. When itโs done, let it cool slightly before serving warm.
