What Makes This Recipe Unique
Cooking Tips You Should Know
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if needed for the best results.
- Flip the ravioli halfway through cooking to ensure both sides become golden and crispy.
Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (188°C) for about 5 minutes. In a shallow bowl, beat the eggs until they’re light and frothy with a nice lemony color. In another dish, mix together the flour, salt, and pepper. Then, in a third bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs with Italian seasoning and garlic salt.
Step 2
Take your thawed ravioli and dip each piece first into the eggs, then coat it with the flour mixture. Dip it back into the eggs again, and finally press it into the panko mixture, making sure it’s well covered. Give each one a little shake to get rid of any extra breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Arrange the coated ravioli in the air fryer basket in a single layer and lightly spray them with nonstick spray. Cook them at 370°F for 8 minutes. When the time’s up, flip the ravioli over, crank the temperature up to 400°F (200°C), and cook for another 2 minutes to get them extra crispy.
