Directions
Gently heat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly butter a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Lay half of the banana slices evenly on the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle half of the brown sugar over the bananas, then dot with some butter pieces, pecans, and raisins. Add the rest of the banana slices on top and repeat the same layering with the remaining brown sugar, butter, pecans, and raisins. Pop the dish in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes. When it’s done, take it out and let it cool for a few minutes. Just before serving, drizzle the brandy over the top for a nice finishing touch.
