Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then add the penne pasta. Cook it until itβs almost done, about 90% cooked.

Drain the pasta and rinse it with cold water to stop it from cooking further. Set aside.

Heat some oil in a pan, then add the chicken. Cook it for 5-7 minutes until it turns white.
