Directions
Lightly heat your oven to 325Β°F (165Β°C). Place the ham flat side down in a large roasting pan. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cornstarch, mustard, cinnamon, and Scotch whisky until well combined. Brush some of this mixture over the ham, saving the rest for basting as it cooks. Pop the ham into the oven and bake it for about 2 hours, making sure to baste it every 20 minutes with the reserved glaze to keep it nice and flavorful. When itβs done, take it out of the oven and loosely cover it with foil. Let it rest for 15 minutes so the juices settle. You can enjoy this ham warm, at room temperature, or even coldβitβs tasty any way you serve it!
