Directions
Gently heat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, cornstarch, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Cut each sweet potato in half lengthwise, then slice each half into three wedges. Toss the wedges in a large bowl with a drizzle of olive oil until theyβre all nicely coated. Sprinkle the spice mix over the potatoes and use your hands or a spatula to make sure every wedge is covered evenly. Spread them out on the baking sheet in a single layer. Pop them in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes, or until you can easily pierce the thickest part with a fork and theyβre crispy on the outside.
