Directions
Lightly heat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the cabbage into four wedges by slicing straight through the core. In a small bowl, mix together the Thai sweet chili sauce and Sriracha until well combined. Place the cabbage wedges on the baking sheet and generously brush half of the sauce over them. Pop the wedges into the oven and bake for about 10 minutes. While thatโs cooking, turn your ovenโs broiler to high. After the initial bake, brush the remaining sauce onto the cabbage and broil for another 5 minutes until the edges are nicely caramelized and a bit crispy. Let them cool slightly before serving.
