Directions

Then, toss in the tomatoes with their juice, seitan, sausage, chopped onion, green bell pepper, celery, vegetable broth, garlic, miso paste, Cajun seasoning, thyme, and oregano. After that, add the rice to the slow cooker, switch the heat to high, and cook until the rice is tender, which should take around 30 minutes.
