Directions
Gently heat your oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C). In a big bowl, mix together the spinach, feta, mozzarella, processed cheese food, half of the butter, vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until everything is well combined. Lightly grease a 2-quart casserole dish and lay down a sheet of phyllo dough to cover the bottom. Spread the spinach and cheese mixture evenly over the phyllo, then layer four more sheets of phyllo on top, spraying each with butter-flavored cooking spray as you go. Finally, drizzle the remaining butter over the top layer. Pop it in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes until itβs golden and bubbly.
