Tips For Better Flavor
- Pat the salmon dry before seasoning to help the spices stick better.
- Avoid overcrowding the basket so the air can circulate freely for the best texture.
Directions
Preheat your air fryer to 330°F (165°C) on the fish setting for a couple of minutes. While it’s warming up, mix together the steak seasoning, brown sugar, cumin, coriander, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle about 2 teaspoons of this spicy blend over each salmon fillet—feel free to add more if you like it extra fiery. Arrange the salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket. If you have more fillets than fit, cook them in batches. Cook the salmon for around 18 minutes, or until it flakes easily when you poke it with a fork. Once done, transfer the salmon to a plate and keep it warm in the oven set to the lowest temperature. Repeat with any remaining fillets, then serve everything right away.
