Step 1

Gently heat a large skillet over low heat and lightly oiling it to keep the burgers from sticking. In a big bowl, combine the ground beef, egg whites, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, goat cheese, sea salt, steak seasoning, and parsley. Mix everything together gently, then shape the mixture into about five patties.

Place the patties in the skillet and let them cook for about 5 minutes on one side. Flip them over and cook for another 5 minutes.
