Place the chicken breasts in a saucepan. Add enough water to cover them, then season with a pinch of salt, pepper, and a spoonful of ginger garlic paste. Turn the heat on and let it simmer until all the water has evaporated. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it with two forks and set aside.

Heat a little oil in a pan. Toss in some chopped garlic and cook for about a minute until fragrant. Add chopped onions and cook for another 1-2 minutes until they soften.
