Helpful Chef Tips
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- Cook over medium-high heat to get a nice char without drying out the meat.
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the minced chicken, chopped onion, crushed coriander seeds, cumin powder, chili flakes, salt, breadcrumbs, an egg, ginger garlic paste, and fresh coriander leaves. Mix everything well until it’s all blended together.
Step 2
Lightly oil your hands and shape the mixture into medium-sized kebabs.
Step 3
Heat some oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Fry the kebabs until they’re golden brown on all sides. Once cooked, take them off the heat and set aside.
Step 4
In a separate pan, melt some butter. Add tomato paste and cook it for 2-3 minutes, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Give it a good stir.
Step 5
Add the fried kebabs to the tomato sauce and toss everything together gently. Then, stir in sliced onions, chilies, ginger, and a handful of fresh coriander.
Step 6
Serve the kebabs hot and enjoy!
