Heat a couple of tablespoons of oil in a pan, then sauté the chopped garlic and onion for a minute or two until they soften.

Add the chicken and cook it gently over medium-low heat for about 4-5 minutes.

Toss in the chili flakes, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, and chopped capsicum. Stir everything together and cook for another minute or two.

Stir in the ketchup and mayonnaise, mix well, then set the mixture aside to cool a bit.

In a bowl, whisk together the egg, flour, pepper, salt, and a splash of water to make a smooth batter.

Take your bread slices, remove the crusts, and roll them out flat. Spoon small portions of the chicken mixture onto four corners of one slice, leaving some space between each.

Brush the edges and around the chicken spots with the egg batter, then place another slice on top and press down gently to seal.

Cut the sandwich into four pieces, dip each piece in the egg batter, then coat them with breadcrumbs. Fry them in oil over medium-low heat until they turn golden brown. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
