Step 1
Peel and cut the potatoes into fries. Heat oil in a large pot and fry the potatoes until they turn a nice light golden color. Once done, drain and set them aside.

In a pan, heat some oil and add the chicken. Cook it for about 3-4 minutes. Then, sprinkle in chili flakes, salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin seeds. Give it a good stir to combine everything.
