Crack the eggs into a bowl, then add minced garlic, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Whisk everything together until well combined.

Stir in the cornflour and cook for a couple of minutes, then slowly pour in the milk while stirring. Let it cook for another 3-4 minutes until it thickens.

Add Italian seasoning and sprinkle in some chopped coriander leaves, saving a little for garnish.

Toss the scrambled eggs back into the pan and mix everything together gently.
