Blend all 8 packets of sazon seasoning with the beer in a large resealable plastic bag. Give it a good shake until the seasoning is fully dissolved. Toss the flank steak in the bag, seal it up, and pop it in the fridge to marinate for at least 8 hours or overnight if you have the time.

When youโre ready to cook, heat up your grill to medium-high and brush the grates with a little oil to keep the steak from sticking. Take the steak out of the marinade and discard the liquid.
