Why This Recipe Is So Enjoyable
Cooking Tips
- Drain excess fat to keep the dish from becoming greasy.
- Stir occasionally to prevent beans from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
Directions
Lightly heat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 13x9-inch baking dish. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until it's nicely browned and crumbly, which should take about 5 to 7 minutes. Once cooked, drain off any excess grease. Next, combine the browned beef with the pork and beans in your prepared dish. Add the cold water, white vinegar, and mustard, then give everything a good stir to mix it all together. Pop the dish into the oven and bake for about an hour, or until the edges start to look a little dry. Let it cool slightly before serving and enjoy!
