Directions
Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF. Roll out one of the pie crusts on a clean surface and use a 4-inch round cutter to cut out nine circles, re-rolling the scraps as needed. Do the same with the second crust. Core the apples and slice them crosswise into nine rings. In a small bowl, whisk together an egg and a little water. Lay nine pastry circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the edges of each circle with the egg wash, then top each one with an apple ring and an Oreo cookie. Place another pastry circle on top and press the edges gently to seal the pies. Crush the remaining Oreos finely and sprinkle the crumbs over the tops. Bake the pies for about 18 to 22 minutes until theyโre golden and cooked through. Let them cool completely before dusting with a bit of sugar and serving.
